A: After signing up, members will be mailed a prepaid shipping case, which will be used to send in the first game they negotiate to trade. After each member of the trade has mailed their game to our trading center, games will be thoroughly inspected to ensure functionality. Each game will then be sent to their respective new owner in another prepaid shipping case, which can be used the next time a member wants to make a trade. Using our trading system, members will be able to list all games that they are willing to trade, and compose a wish list of games they are interested in trading for. This system of trading and prepaid shipping cases makes for safe and secure trades every time.
Q: Why is GSHQ better than the rest?

Q: Why do I have to add to the list the games I have?
A: Listing the games you are willing to trade allows other members to see what games are available to them for trade. The more games a member lists as available, the more games each member will be able to choose from!
Q: How many trades can I make with my membership?
A: Once you sign up to become a member of GSHQ, you can make as many trades as you want. There is NO LIMIT to the amount of trades a member can make, and there never will be!
Q: What type of games can I trade?
A: You can trade any game from the following gaming systems: Playstation, Playstation 2, PS3, Xbox, Xbox 360, Sega Saturn, Sega Dreamcast, Nintendo Wii, and Nintendo Gamecube. We are currently only able to trade disc based games. If there is a system we have missed, contact us. We are unable to trade computer based game due to legal issues.
Q: What happens if I lose my prepaid shipping case?
A: Game Swap HQ cases can be purchased at the GSHQ store using your GSHQ Points!
Q: What if the game I trade for is broken or not working?
A: If this happens to be the case, we will catch the problem before the game ever reaches you. We check and test each game at our testing center to ensure all games are in top condition. Also, if we do catch a game that is not up to our standards, then we will send it back to the original owners and the trade will be cancelled.
Q: Is my credit card information needed to sign up?
A: It is 100% free to sign up for GameSwapHQ, no credit card needed.
Q: How long do I have to mail my game?
A: You will have two business days to send in your game to be traded after the trade has been accepted by both parties.
Q: Where is the actual game case?
A: In order to keep things as economical as possible for our consumers we use our own GameSwapHQ branded cases. Instruction books are available online or in the game itself. Here at GSHQ, it's all about playing the games.
Q: How do I trade multiple games or a game with multiple discs?
A: You must own multiple shipping cases from GSHQ, which will be available for purchase at the GSHQ store using your GSHQ points. After receiving your extra cases, send all the games in at once. In return, you will get the game you traded for, along with the shipping cases you have purchased. The opposing party will get the games in a different shipping container, along with the main shipping case they received upon becoming a member.
